I am very excited to be performing next week for “Yeats’ Heart’s Desire” presented by Cultural Roadmapp at New York’s Irish Arts Center, April 12, 1-3pm. Cultural Roadmapp is the most exciting development on the horizon for Irish tourism, the first hands-free cultural travel app for motorists.
This is an incredible event all you New Yorkers won’t want to miss celebrating the work and life of William Butler Yeats, a taste of what Cultural Roadmapp will have to offer, featuring readings by actor Neil Bradley and discussion with Adam Farley of Irish America Magazine and James Pethica P.h.D. I am incredibly excited to be singing for this event alongside two highly celebrated musicians, Kevin Crawford of Lúnasa and Sligo fiddler, Tony DeMarco, premiering a newly crafted song by yours truly with lyrics from Yeats’ works. The event includes complimentary food and drink, a raffle with wonderful prizes and a percentage of the afternoons funds go towards Concern Worldwide. Find further details about the event and Cultural Roadmapp on their website, here. Tickets are available on EventBrite, here.
Hope to see you all there!
