It’s been a long time since I used this platform to detail my stories and experiences. I’ve been enjoying the crazy kind of busy that comes with living inside your goals achieved and still manifesting. I’m now into my second year and final semester at NYU’s Irish and Irish American Studies Program (which you can read more about under “The Academic“… and the experience has been unreal. It’s no exaggeration that so much of my life right now is living a dream that seemed like a fantasy only a few years ago, the progression of which I realized most of you may not know. So, I have decided to write a blog series of my journey into and through Irish and Celtic music, where it has led me and how it has made me grow, the magical experiences I have had and share what is possible when you let yourself say, “Yes” to your desires.
I’ll be making somewhat regular installments, all building up to where I am now, including my upcoming trek through California with Mick Moloney and Athena Tergis‘s “Celtic Appalachian Celebration” hitting Sacramento‘s Crocker Art Museum, Berkeley‘s Freight and Salvage, Santa Cruz‘s Don Quixote International Music Hall and San Francisco‘s Great Star Theatre.
I am looking forward to revisiting the writer in me and sharing my story with you all!
